Woodforest Online Banking offers multi-factor authentication to help you protect yourself when using our convenient online banking features. In fact, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposits, and Western Union Online Transfers now require you to enroll in multi-factor authentication, adding an extra layer of security to help protect you when using these online banking features.

To enroll in multi-factor authentication, log into Woodforest Online Banking, go to the Security Center, and follow the instructions for one of the following two authentication options:

Text Message Authentication

Sign up to have a one-time code delivered to your phone when multi-factor authentication is required.

Mobile Authenticator

Download a safe, easy-to-use, multi-factor authenticator application to your smart device. You will be prompted to enter a code provided by the authenticator app on your mobile device when required.
