We Need to Hear From You by

Regarding Your Debit Card Transactions

Beginning August 15, 2010 if you have not consented to overdraft protection, your ATM and everyday debit card transactions may not be approved if you don't have sufficient available funds in your account. This is due to a recent regulatory change by the Federal Reserve Board.

While you may not need overdraft services today, your authorization allows Woodforest to consider paying a transaction in the event of an emergency or an unexpected expense. Please note, we pay overdrafts at our discretion, and that a $34.00 Overdraft Charge is applied for each transaction.

What You Need To Do

If you would like us to consider authorizing and paying your ATM and everyday debit card transactions just let us know:

By phone: Call us at 1-877-968-7962
In person: Visit any Woodforest branch location
By mail:    Print and complete an authorization form to mail to a branch
