Here at Woodforest, we strive to get to know our customers in order to better serve them. With over 700 branches throughout 17 states, we’ve made it our mission to meet our customers’ needs wherever they may be. Some of the ways we show our customers just how much we value them is through our initiatives to drive community development, support, and financial stability. This is evident as we are one of the very few banks that have an award-winning CRA program which obtained a rating of “Outstanding” from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

We support our communities by always putting them first and providing resources such as protection programs for small businesses, online and mobile banking* tools, and cyber security awareness. Just as we continue to learn and develop, we want those connected with Woodforest to do the same, which is why we’ve implemented Woodforest U, a program that will assist users in making better financial decisions. Although we offer a wide range of services, from personalized financial plans to differentiated business solutions, our primary goal remains consistent: to serve our customers with integrity, innovation, and insight.
