• You must set security questions and answers during enrollment, providing an extra layer of security.
• If you start an online banking session and then leave your computer, our system will automatically log you out after a certain period of inactivity.
• Biometric Authentication allows you to use your fingerprint or facial features to more quickly access your accounts in the Woodforest Mobile Banking App.
